We are offering lifetime memberships for only $50 to the AWA untill Feb.28 if anyone is interested. After the deadline the cost goes to $300. We are also holding a covered dish dinner on Feb.25 at 6pm. Please come on up grab someting to eat and find out more about the AWA. The dinner will be at Scott County Golf Course. Please come on up and join in the fun. Also the Kingsport Chapter will be holding their monthly meeting Feb.21 at Momas House on John B Dennis. It is at 7pm and if anyone needs any info please shoot me a pm.

Both Scott County Game Wardens are members of the AWA and will be at the dinner on the 25th. I know there are alot of deer hunters on here and I urge all to check it out. You have my word as a Christian this is a great orginization!

Also these dues will go for the wise chapter that i am going to try to get going soon. so if you want the cheep membership while it is going on please let me know and we will get you signed up at the meeting. anyone interested please let me know and you can follow me to that meeting. Or if you need a ride pm me.

We are close to getting a Wise county Chapter started and now is the time to take full advantage before the dues go up. Just ask Al about the orginization and how great the folks are.

i'm a hunter just curious in what it really is...

The orginization is mostly into getting more kids involved in hunting and help out the truely handicapped to be able to hunt. We are also heavily involved in deer management and food plots that will help our herds the most. Also we will band together to get certain laws changed to make hunting better. Right now I am trying to get the ball rolling on making Sundays a leagal hunting day here in VA. I believe it is a right that each individual should have. I am new to all of this but if you need more info then go over to mine and Als site and pm applejack. She will be able to tell you alot more about the benefits to this orginization. She is the one that got the Gate City Chapter started. Soon we should have a Wise County Chapter started too and now is the time to join while it is for $50. It will never be this cheap again.
